Is A Morphy Richards 172020 Espresso Coffee Machine User-Friendly?

The Morphy Richards 172020 Espresso Coffee Machine has a professional look compared to other compact machines, and this has a lot to do with the clean brushed stainless steel, the tamper for the grounds, and the milk wand on the side.

Yet, it doesn’t appear to be as complicated as some of the more expensive models.

So, is this budget model a nice mid-way point between the basic capsule machine and something more multifunctional?
